Congratulations Power of the Pen Team!

On March 21, 2015, 250 writers represented 44 schools in three rounds of creative writing at Wyoming Middle School. It was the largest tournament in the state.

Team Mercy consisted of Nicole Curley from 7th level, Drake Cooper and Ellie White from 8th levels.

Special thanks to Mike White for volunteering to judge, and to Robyn Cooper, Michelle Curley, Hope Lewandowski and Carl Lewandowski for helping with lunch and cheering the team on!

The results are in, and Nicole Curley was ranked 17th of 121 7th grade writers and has advanced to state! She will be heading to the College of Wooster on May 21 – 22 to compete against writers from around the state of Ohio.
