Happy Birthday Maria Montessori!
On August 31st, Melissa and Noreen's class celebrated the 144th birthday of Maria Montessori. The class learned about her life, work, and enjoyed cupcakes together. They even learned to say 'Happy Birthday' in Italian. It was fun to kick of the school year by celebrating this educational pioneer and founder of the Montessori method.
